Charlie Marks started Tropic Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. in 1998, building a reputation for friendly, professional service and expertise while providing area families with comfort solutions that fit not only their lifestyle, but also their pocketbook. He completed his apprenticeship with North East Florida Builders Association in 1984. Among his many accomplishments in his career was obtaining his journeyman’s for both St Johns and Duval County.
